贾浩义 又名老甲，1938年9月出生于河北遵化。1961年毕业于北京艺术学院美术系，先留校任教，后调至文化馆从事群众美术工作。1978年调入北京画院成为专业画家。现为北京画院一级美术师、中国美术家协会会员、老甲艺术馆馆长。
　　Jia Haoyi Also named Lao Jia, Jia Haoyi was born in September 1935 in Zunhua, Hebei Province. After graduation from the Department of Art at the Beijing Institute of Arts in 1961, he began to teach there. He was later engaged in popular art work at a Cultural Centre and became, in 1978, a full-time painter at the Beijing Academy of Painting. He is an Artist of the First Grade at the Beijing Academy of Painting, a member of the Chinese Artists Association and curator of the Lao Jia Art Gallery.
